**Client Details**

Our client are a well-recognised company who operate on a global scale. The company and, more specifically the HR department, is growing and they are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to support them with the implementation of some exciting projects. Therole will also involve some casework. The company offer hybrid working and excellent benefits. The role is based in Manchester.

**Description**

The key responsibilities for the Senior HR Advisor in Manchester are:

- providing HR advice across all business areas in the UK
- working closely with the HR Manager on strategic HR projects
- supporting line managers, attending meetings, creating documents
- providing general advice and support on HR policy and procedure
- implementing new policies and coaching managers
- some involvement in disciplinary and grievance matters
- supporting with complex case management initiatives including restructure, D&G
- ensuring policies are reviewed and maintained
- assisting with HR projects as part of the strategic roadmap

**Profile**
- Strong experience of handling BAU / ER casework such as long term absence/welfare, flexible working, performance management & investigations,
- Able to support HR Manager with complex case preparation such as consultations / restructures
- Willing to participate in a variety of HR projects including policy development, employee engagement and line manager upskilling,
- Opportunities for development and coaching of more junior HR team members on topics such as Tier 1 policy guidance, quality checking letters etc,
- Exposure to high profile project work involving senior stakeholders across the business,
- Able to work with a varied and dynamic range of work priorities - with support from HR Manager and HR Business Partners.

**Job Offer**
