Senior HR Advisor

The Growth Company is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to advise and guide Managers across our business units on complex employee relations matters. As the Senior HR Advisor, you will work with our HR Business Partners and the wider Management team to develop and implement a range of HR interventions aligned with the business objectives and the overall HR strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing a tailored HR service to the designated business area, supporting the delivery of bespoke people plans and the implementation of the HR Strategy.
- Devise and lead on bespoke HR projects aligned with the business objectives.
- Develop and utilise HR metrics, monitor trends, and propose appropriate HR interventions.
- Support organisational development activities enabling managers to deal with people management and employee relations issues effectively.
- Guiding, supporting and mentoring the HR Advisors to maximise potential.
- Build working relationships with managers at all levels across the business by providing professional, timely and effective HR solutions in line with the needs of the business.
- Support the HR Business Partners and managers and lead business change projects.
- Providing ongoing coaching and development for line managers (either on a 1:1 basis or through delivering group training sessions) on key management practices, including performance and capability issues, conflict and dispute situations, and absence management.
- Ensuring appropriate HR records are kept and producing reports as required.
**About You**:
- An organiser with excellent planning and administrative skills.
- Solution-focused attitude with an ability to deal with difficult and multiple tasks at any one time.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and flexible; able to cope with changing and competing priorities and direction.
- Works in a professional and confident manner, showing tact and diplomacy at all times.
**Skills Required**:
- CIPD Qualified (Chartered/Graduate membership) or working towards.
- Minimum of three years of recent broad HR generalist experience at an Advisor level.
- Experience in designing and leading organisational development and/or business change projects.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent relevant professional experience).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
GC aims to promote a culture of flexibility and agile working. Going forward we will be transitioning to a culture where full agile working will be a feature of many of our roles. We also recognise that there may be a need for more permanent flexibility in your working arrangements and in such cases, we encourage you to have these discussions at the interview stage, to enable your flexible working request to be considered as early as possible.
**Salary**: £33,000.00 per year
