Strategic Business Development Manager

This senior role requires a commercially astute leader to oversee the broader commercial team, driving growth and profitability across diverse schemes valued up to £30m.
The ideal candidate will engage closely with both current and prospective clients to identify and secure new opportunities. They will provide strategic support to the Divisional Director in all commercial matters, direction, development, and empowerment of individuals to achieve both divisional and individual aims and objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of the division's performance and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will focus on commercial success, business growth, and compliance.
Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 + Package
Main Responsibilities:- Oversight of all commercial aspects of the division's performance and reporting.
- Strategic support to the Divisional Director in all commercial matters.
- Direction, development, and empowerment of individuals to achieve both divisional and individual aims and objectives.
- A proven track record in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Relevant surveying qualifications and contract law expertise.
