**Job Title:** Regional Business Development Manager

Location: North West, covering Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds.

We are a premium spirits distributor registered as a B Corp, offering a diverse range of high-quality, sustainable brands to cater to different market needs. We're seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager in the North West to support our continued growth within on-trade accounts.

The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Manage existing customer networks, expand into new areas, accounts and connections while fostering strong partnerships.
  • Business Expansion: Promote brand stories to create genuine relationships with on-trade businesses in the North West region.
  • Training and Tastings: A crucial part of this role involves sampling, discussing and tasting with bar staff to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
  • Optimizing Sales Rates: Improve every touchpoint in existing accounts by optimising venues, menus and drinks offerings.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has an established network in the on-trade sector in Manchester and Liverpool, with a solid understanding of spirits and cocktails.
  • A natural communicator and self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • A passionate, positive, energetic and fun individual who is easy to work with.

Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
