Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager to partner with Korea-based strategic sellers and drive their growth on Amazon Global marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem and be able to identify opportunities to maximize selection, drive feature adoption, and monitor seller performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with strategic sellers, business, and product teams to grow their businesses on Amazon worldwide. This includes forecasting, monitoring, analysis, and reporting on Korea-based strategic seller business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with strategic sellers to grow their selections on Amazon and drive business growth.
  2. Drive feature adoption rates to enhance the customer experience on Amazon.
  3. Work with strategic sellers to achieve data quality standards and become an expert in using internal tools.
  4. Drive seller performance and product quality to ensure the best customer experience.
  5. Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product/industry category, including seasonality and global business trends/events.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of professional or military experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, and language qualification in Korean and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals, experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.
