We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to lead our high-value client relationships within Emerging Markets.
This is a unique opportunity to drive account growth, develop strategic plans, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Oversee and manage high-value client accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account development plans
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
- Manage complex projects and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
- Negotiate and renew contracts
- Analyse client performance metrics and provide recommendations
- Mentor junior account managers
