About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to lead our high-value client relationships within Emerging Markets.

  • Oversee and manage high-value client accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account development plans
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Manage complex projects and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
  • Negotiate and renew contracts
  • Analyse client performance metrics and provide recommendations
  • Mentor junior account managers
