Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Trend Micro's products and services using a strategic selling approach, customising Trend Micro’s cybersecurity solutions to address client-specific needs. Leverage deep knowledge of trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to position Trend Micro as a trusted advisor for key individuals within named accounts.
  • Drive quarterly business reviewswith selected customers to demonstrate ROI, ensure value from Trend Micro investments, and align clients with product roadmaps for proactive planning and risk mitigation. Anticipate and address potential objections to strengthen engagement.
  • Develop strategies and orchestrate company resources to maximize sales volume within assigned accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to deepen client relationships. Foster internal advocates by building cooperative relationships with sales resources, including SE, Channel, Marketing, Specialist sales team, and executives.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, providing performance reports and ensuring full compliance with internal processes to support account growth and long-term client loyalty.


Key Experience:

  • A proven track record selling complex technology solutions into the commercial / private sector at enterprise and large enterprise level (B2B tech a must - cyber security and advantage).
  • Can demonstrate & articulate high levels of achievement against quota with experience selling to senior IT and C-Suite personas.
  • Proven ability to articulate a platform first approach across products, solutions and services.
  • Demonstrates strong sales skills and high level of technical and business acumen in both our industry and industry being sold into.
  • Demonstrates a breadth and depth of knowledge arrived through exposure to complex business situations.
  • Extensive experience in an enterprise field sales role selling directly to end user customers.
  • Demonstrates robust experience in channel and marketing, leveraging partnerships to drive growth and align strategic initiatives across all sales channels.

  • Ability to engage at the C level in a business benefits discussion.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas in target market by selling and closing complex solution to end customers.
  • Highly results-oriented with a hunger for over-achieving sales targets – a winning and customer oriented attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation & closing skills. A strong presenter able to lead customers partners on the Trend Micro journey.
