About the Job

BSC Education Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the designated region.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop New Business

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and recruitment plans for designated target markets to achieve annual sales targets and agreed KPIs.


Marketing and External Communications
  • Attend International Events

You will attend international events, conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to increase awareness of BSC in the region and work closely with the marketing team to provide market intelligence, identify opportunities, and collaborate on marketing campaigns and collateral.


Internal Communications
  • Maintain Product Knowledge

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will maintain in-depth product knowledge of BSC's portfolio for ELT, Teacher Training, OET, and Pathways streams as well as all new products as they become available for sale.


Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with:

  • At least 3 years' experience in business development and account management in a B2B environment
  • A second language relevant to the market
  • Experience in developing new business in any industry within the service sector
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
