Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing key client accounts. As a trusted advisor, you will be at the forefront of our client development strategy, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with our most important clients.

About the Role:

  • Client Development: Develop a deep understanding of client structures, operations, and strategic goals to position us effectively in the market.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with account teams to implement initiatives that strengthen client relationships and increase revenue streams.
  • Strategic Planning: Guide account teams through the client planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and continuous progress.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including client strategy, revenue and profitability assessments, and market share analysis.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and account managers, ensuring smooth delivery of commitments and proposals.
  • Client Interaction: Cultivate direct client contact and relationships, managing proposals and secondment strategies where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in client relationship management within legal or professional services.
  • Skills: Strong project management, creativity, and communication skills.
  • Attributes: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes a range of benefits, including a performance-related bonus scheme and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
