Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Client Service Manager to drive growth, expand our client base, and develop strategic relationships. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, supporting contractors, and leveraging the Candidate Management System to drive success. Annual estimated salary: $130,000 - $160,000.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support contractors throughout their assignment.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and client relationship building.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
