As a Strategic Account Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for driving growth for our largest and most strategic sellers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing holistic performance management and oversight for our top sellers, identifying and addressing any concerning performance trends, and escalating issues to leadership teams as needed.
  2. Developing and implementing best-in-class account management frameworks to build long-term, high-value relationships with key sellers, driving sustained, profitable growth for both the sellers and Amazon.
  3. Establishing data-driven processes to identify high-potential sellers across multiple marketplaces, using a scientific approach that can be scaled, and proactively engaging with and supporting the most promising sellers.
  4. Engaging directly with C-suite leaders at seller organizations to drive strategic alignment, influence long-term investments, and strengthen our partnerships.
  5. Effectively navigating the complexities of a matrixed organizational environment to deliver consistently strong results.
  6. Streamlining seller engagement and support, reducing pain points, and tailoring our assistance to each seller's unique needs, enhancing internal productivity while improving the seller experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in strategic account management, deep e-commerce expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels
