Strategic Account Manager for Amazon Global Selling

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Global Selling. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Korea-based sellers on Amazon Global marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with strategic sellers to grow their presence on Amazon and increase their business with profit.
- Drive feature adoption rates to enhance the customer experience on Amazon.
- Collaborate with sellers to achieve data quality standards and become an expert in using internal tools.
- Monitor seller performance and product quality to ensure the best customer experience.
- Analyze sales trends and drivers, developing recommendations to grow the business.
- Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product/industry category, including seasonality and global business trends/events.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Language Qualification: Korean and English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.
