About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Marketplace Consultant to join our Strategic Account Services team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Amazon Sellers to drive their business growth and program satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support Sellers in achieving their goals
  • Manage a portfolio of 10-12 Sellers, developing individual strategies and managing timelines and expectations
  • Run business analyses to produce actionable insights and recommendations for Sellers
  • Provide expert consultancy on Amazon solutions and news to enhance Sellers' knowledge and capabilities
  • Coach Sellers on Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge and capabilities
  • Develop specific local requirements to ensure standardize processes are adapted to the needs of Sellers in this country
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or experience in sales or marketing work
  • Experience in account management, whether in ecommerce or another relevant industry
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
