As a Marketplace Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and program satisfaction for Amazon Sellers. Your core responsibility will be to support Sellers in achieving their goals by working backwards from their objectives and developing a jointly aligned roadmap.

You will build strong relationships with Sellers and use your analytical expertise to proactively identify opportunities for their Amazon account. Your comprehensive knowledge of Amazon's solutions and services will enable you to provide tailored advice and guidance to Sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run business analyses to produce actionable insights and recommendations for Sellers.
  • Provide consultancy services to Sellers, leveraging Amazon's solutions to address their priorities.
  • Support Sellers in executing strategic plans, addressing operational challenges, and overcoming subject-specific hurdles.
  • Coach Sellers on Amazon's solutions and news, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
  • Develop local requirements to adapt standardized processes to the needs of Sellers in this country.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (e.g., ecommerce, retail technology, SaaS).
  • Experience in account management, whether in ecommerce or another relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the interpretation of complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce), and other systems.
  • Experience in exceeding customer expectations and account management targets.
