About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Marmion, a leading FMCG manufacturer based in the UK. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our operational teams, including Production and Engineering teams.
  • Manage access and ensure all health, safety, and security procedures are followed.
  • Ensure communication lines are kept open and efficient, including email inboxes and phone inquiries.
  • Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, cleaning products, PPE, laundry services, and other essentials.
  • Manage meeting rooms and ensure they are well-equipped and ready for use.
  • Support any site visits by organizing travel, accommodation, and catering when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills; able to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • A natural problem solver, who is comfortable working in a team and independently, and can find solutions quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
