Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Practice and maintain confidentiality at all times, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Undertake various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Work flexibly across Monday to Saturday, with a focus on providing excellent service to our patients.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, reception, and/or administration is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
- Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with good computer literacy.
