Job Title: Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an organised and efficient administrator to join our team at Marmion, a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Harrogate. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the business, providing administrative support to key departments, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Production and Engineering teams, ensuring efficient communication and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage access and ensure all health, safety, and security procedures are followed, being the first point of contact for all visitors.
  • Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, cleaning products, PPE, laundry services, and other essentials.
  • Manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-equipped and ready for use, and supporting site visits by organising travel, accommodation, and catering when required.
  • Provide additional administrative support across all key areas of the business.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain excellent attention to detail.
  • A natural problem solver, comfortable working in a team and independently, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
