Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
- Manage patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Perform various clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage
