Job Title: Administrator and Patient Concierge

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join their team as an Administrator and Patient Concierge. This role will provide administrative support across the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
  • Manage patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Perform various clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage
