Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 37 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
- Attend meetings and take accurate notes
- Maintain a high standard of quality work by keeping the office tidy and presentable at all times
- Order stationery and supplies as needed to support the team
- Support staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects and providing administrative assistance
- Produce reports and presentations to support business decisions
- Respond to email queries in a timely and professional manner
