Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Systems Support Specialist to join our team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Patient Systems Team, you will play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of our Electronic Patient System (EPR) system.

Main Responsibilities

As a Patient Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support and training to system users, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of the EPR system. You will work closely with our specialist team of multi-skilled digital professionals to deliver high-quality service delivery and continuous customer-focused improvement.

  • Experience of comprehensive patient systems to support the provision of patient care
