Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrator & Patient Concierge. This role will provide administrative support across the clinic, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Practice and maintain confidentiality at all times, handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Undertake various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Work flexibly across Monday to Saturday, with a focus on providing excellent service to our patients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, reception, and/or administration is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with good computer literacy.
