About the Role

Creative Support is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Gardening Activity Coordinator to join our team. As a Gardening Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering gardening activities to our service users, promoting their physical and mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver gardening activities that meet the needs and goals of our service users
  • Work collaboratively with service users to create a supportive and inclusive gardening environment
  • Provide guidance and support to service users to enable them to participate in gardening activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of gardening activities and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of gardening and horticulture
  • Ability to work collaboratively with service users and other team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
