About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Gardening Activity Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering gardening activities that promote social inclusion and improve the wellbeing of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver gardening activities that meet the needs and goals of our clients
  • Work collaboratively with clients to ensure that activities are tailored to their needs and abilities
  • Provide guidance and support to clients to enable them to participate in gardening activities
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and inclusive environment for clients to engage in gardening activities
  • Work with colleagues to ensure that activities are delivered in a way that promotes social inclusion and improves wellbeing
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of gardening and horticulture
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
  • Warm and patient disposition
  • Commitment to diversity and social inclusion
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
