Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to collaborate with a reputable legal practice to find a dedicated Administrative Coordinator.

This is a permanent position.

Compensation ranges from £28,000 to £30,000 per annum (FTE).

Flexible part-time hours across 3, 4, or 5 days can be accommodated.

This role is fully office-based.

In this multifaceted position, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Human Resources Management
  • Facilities Oversight - encompassing building maintenance, health and safety protocols, and management of office supplies and equipment
  • Regulatory Compliance - including identity verification processes
  • Updating Organizational Policies
  • Business Sponsorship Coordination

A strong background in administration is essential, along with a willingness to expand your knowledge in compliance and client onboarding processes.
