Key Responsibilities

As a Billing Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Operational Support: You will provide vital daily assistance to our billing department, ensuring efficient operations and workflow management.
  • Administrative Duties: Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks within the team, aiding in streamlined processes and effective management.
  • Revenue Collection: By supporting administrative functions, you will play a crucial role in achieving our revenue targets and ensuring effective cash collection, contributing to the firm's financial health.

Additionally, you will be tasked with:

  • Invoice Processing: Facilitating the entry of third-party invoices into our case management system and ensuring timely delivery of invoices generated by the billing team to our clients.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Management: Overseeing the inbox and managing various administrative tasks to support the team's operational efficiency.
  • Ad-Hoc Assistance: Providing support with general ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Billing Team Leader or Working Capital Manager, enhancing overall team effectiveness.

This position is a fixed-term, 12-month contract, with the possibility of evaluating the role prior to the conclusion of this term to determine future business needs.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely and in the office.
