Key Responsibilities

As a Billing Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Operational Support: You will play a vital role in providing daily assistance to our billing team, ensuring seamless operations and effective workflows.
  • Administrative Support: Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks within the team, contributing to efficient processes and management.
  • Revenue Collection: By supporting administrative functions, you will directly aid in achieving our revenue targets and ensuring effective cash collections, promoting the financial health of the firm.

Additionally, you will be tasked with:

  • Invoice Processing: You will facilitate the entry of third-party invoices into our case management system and ensure timely delivery of invoices generated by the billing team to our clients.
  • Relationship Management: You will cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Management: You will oversee the inbox and manage various administrative tasks to support efficient team operations.
  • General Support: You will assist with various ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Billing Team Leader or Working Capital Manager, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

This position is a fixed-term, 12-month contract, with the possibility of evaluating the role before the contract concludes to assess business needs and potential retention.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely and in our office.
