Key Responsibilities

As a Billing Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Operational Support: You will play a crucial role in assisting our billing team with daily operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Duties: Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks that contribute to effective management and streamlined operations.
  • Revenue Management: By supporting administrative functions, you will help achieve our financial objectives and enhance cash collection efforts, ensuring the firm's financial health.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Invoice Processing: You will facilitate the entry of third-party invoices into our case management system and ensure timely distribution of invoices generated by the billing team to clients.
  • Stakeholder Relations: You will cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Management: You will oversee the inbox and handle various administrative tasks to support the efficiency of team operations.
  • Ad-Hoc Assistance: You will provide support for general tasks as directed by the Billing Team Leader or Working Capital Manager, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

This position is a fixed-term contract with the potential for extension based on business needs.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely and from our office.
