Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including clerical duties and data entry.
- Deliver exceptional patient care through concierge services, including greeting patients, handling inquiries, and providing information.
- Practice and maintain confidentiality at all times, handling sensitive patient and consultant information with discretion.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, reception, and/or administration is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
- Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with good computer literacy.
