Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of the service desk team, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations and adhere to service level agreements.

• Work closely with sales and project delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding of new customers, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, focusing on timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

• Analyze and report on service level agreements, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary changes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing a service desk team within an IT MSP environment.

• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Azure).

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and processes.

• Estimated salary: £54,000 - £59,000 per annum.
