Service Delivery Specialist

In this position, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain an overview of the services, lead a team of support workers, and contribute to the further development of service provision. You will be responsible for delivering bespoke services, co-ordinating the service to meet individual needs, and maintaining accurate records of service delivery. Additionally, you will supervise a team of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, and Service Co-ordinators, ensuring they adhere to best practices and provide high-quality care and support.
We are looking for an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of the social care sector and a proven track record in staff and service management. A relevant professional qualification, such as an NVQ level 3, is desirable but not essential. If you have a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and a vision for making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
