IT Service Delivery Manager

Netcentrix, a renowned IT Managed Service Provider, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Managed Service support desk. As the linchpin of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our engineers deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role requires an individual with previous experience in managing a support team within an IT MSP environment. You will be the driving force behind delivering swift and effective technical solutions while continuously improving service processes.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support engineers to ensure seamless collaboration, productivity, and proactivity.
- Service Delivery: Foster an environment where our support teams consistently exceed customer expectations, maintain high satisfaction levels, and meet or surpass agreed SLAs.
- Managed Service Coordination: Provide comprehensive IT management, ensuring proactive monitoring, maintenance, and support aligned with client agreements.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can:
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing a support team within an established IT MSP environment.
- Possess a solid technical background, with the ability to understand and supervise complex IT environments and support requirements.
- Show a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions focusing on technical evolution and continual improvement.
