About Us: Henderson Scott is a leading provider of managed services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
Team Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of our 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support teams.
Service Delivery:
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through consistent delivery of high-quality services, meeting or surpassing agreed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales & Project Delivery to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers, providing clear communication.
- Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and employee development.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing IT support teams within a managed services environment.
- Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of ITIL principles and industry-standard technologies (Microsoft 365 or Azure).
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
