Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at NHS. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership of our operations team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Operations Manager and Head of Locality to develop and implement quality improvement plans, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with other departments, commissioners, and healthcare providers to support an integrated approach to patient care.
In addition, you will participate in the maintenance of quality assurance systems and processes across the service and its activities, and collaborate with other clinical teams to improve the quality of patient care and flow.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of operations management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
