Mortgage Operations Manager Role at Elevate Recruitment

This is an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Operations Manager to join our team at Elevate Recruitment. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our mortgage department and drive the company's lending strategy.

The successful candidate will have significant experience within a mortgage lending environment, with a strong background in manual residential mortgage underwriting. Key responsibilities will include providing leadership to the mortgage department, assisting in the development of mortgage products and services, and executing and managing the company's lending strategy and tactical business plans.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, able to embed the lending strategy across the organization and work alongside other business departments as required. They will also be responsible for compiling business performance reports for key stakeholders, managing operational resilience within their business area, and training and developing mortgage staff in line with the company's Training & Competence schemes and minimum regulatory requirements.

In return, the successful candidate will enjoy an attractive salary of c£55k-60k per annum, a hybrid working environment, and a range of benefits including a 35-hour week, healthcare, pension, and free onsite parking. This is an initial 12-month FTC with the potential to convert to permanent thereafter.
