Financial Operations Assistant
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at In2 Consult. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process sales invoices in accordance with agreed terms
* Process purchase invoices in accordance with company policies
* Complete weekly and monthly payroll for all staff, on a timely basis
* Run aged debt reports and chase outstanding invoices
* Contribute towards month-end reconciliations
* Business partnering with Operations to monitor budgets and KPI targets
* Process supplier payments for final approval by the directors
* Any other ad-hoc duties to support the Finance Manager
**Requirements**
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel
* Experience in processing payroll data and current legislation
* Good communications skills and effectively liaising with non-finance colleagues
* Experience of working with Xero and Xero Payroll is highly desirable
* Ability to organize own workload and meet tight deadlines
