Arboricultural Operations Specialist

As an Arboricultural Operations Specialist with OCS Group, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional arboriculture services to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting sites and liaising with landowners and their agents to identify arboricultural work and obtain necessary consent and permission for access.
  • Assisting the Team Manager in ensuring operations are delivered to meet agreed specifications and achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Producing work specifications and instructions for arboriculture/cutting teams to follow, ensuring the agreed plan of work is efficiently carried out and successfully completed.
  • Carrying out audits and site surveys to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
  • Working with the Team Manager to organize and plan the daily work schedule for arboriculture/cutting teams.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety regulations and Company policy are complied with.

Requirements include:

  • NPTC CS30, CS31 preferred
  • UA1 & 2 1/2.2 qualifications or equivalent preferred
  • Surveying experience essential
  • Current Driving Licence
