Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SPEN Network Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery programme, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of programmes of work in Vegetation Management across the SPEN network areas.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet client needs, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of on-site activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, supply chain partners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders to achieve programme outputs.
  • Manage the planning, organisation, and control of resources, including teams and supply chain partners, to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Monitor performance against programme outputs, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure safe and effective delivery.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong programme delivery skills, with experience in managing large-scale projects.A solid understanding of NEC3/4 contract management and HSEQ legislation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites.Financial awareness and budget management skills.
