About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Programme Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of programmes of work in Vegetation Management across the SPEN network areas. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring smooth and efficient execution of on-site activities, maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, safety, and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery programme with a focus on professionalism, working closely with internal stakeholders, clients, supply chain partners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the planning, organisation, and control of resources, including teams and supply chain partners, to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Monitor performance against programme outputs, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure safe and effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine construction methods, design solutions, and specifications for non-standard work orders.
  • Ensure all key deliverables are issued to clients on time, within budget, and meeting contractual requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong programme delivery skills, with experience in managing large-scale projects.A solid understanding of NEC3/4 contract management and HSEQ legislation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites.Financial awareness and budget management skills.
