Responsibilities

- Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with client contracts and regularly monitor progress
- Organise collaborative planning sessions to facilitate challenge to durations and opportunities
- Provide sufficient and timely supervision, assessment, and coaching to teams and supply chain partners
- Manage the quality assurance process and consistent application of procedures and standards defined in the Quality Management Plan
- Monitor delivery and financial performance against the programme of work and identify early risks to take corrective action
- Perform quality and statutory checks to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions

Requirements

- SMSTS safety certificate or industry-specific equivalent
- Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Valid driving licence
