About the Role

As a Programme Delivery Specialist, you will be accountable for the delivery of all programmes of work, ensuring the smooth and efficient safe execution of on-site activities in line with the specific framework requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Monitor performance to ensure it meets the highest standards of productivity, quality, safety and compliance
  • Lead and manage the delivery programme with a focus on professionalism, working closely with clients, supply chain partners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders

The role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You must have a solid understanding of programme delivery processes and applicable legislation, including HSEQ, to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an SMSTS safety certificate or industry-specific equivalent, have awareness of NEC3/4 contract management, and possess a valid driving licence. You must also have strong coaching, communication (both written and oral), and interpersonal skills, as well as financial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
