This is a full-time permanent role operating out of our offices in Oswestry or Chorley, primarily working from home on a hybrid basis while supporting on-site activities across the SPEN Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all programmes of work, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of on-site activities
- Lead and manage the delivery programme, working closely with clients, supply chain partners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Monitor delivery and financial performance against the programme of work and identify early risks to take corrective action
Requirements
- Solid understanding of programme delivery processes and applicable legislation, including HSEQ
- Valid SMSTS safety certificate or industry-specific equivalent
- Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
