About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in project management with a leading defence company. As a project management associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, to cost, and to the required quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Ensure compliance with project governance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, employee share plans, and flexible health insurance options. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our training and development programs.
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs A*-C or 9-4 (or equivalent), including maths and English
- Minimum of 96 UCAS Tariff Points (240 points old system)
- Ability to study for an Honours degree in project management at University of Cumbria one day a week during term time
