This role is based in Chorley and requires the successful candidate to commute 5 days a week.
Job DescriptionThe Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:
- Attending client and internal briefing meetings
- Liaising with clients and suppliers/subcontractors
- Compiling detailed cost plans and conducting surveys
- Determining progress impact on costs and influencing project decision-making
To be successful in this role, you will need:
