Construction Contracts Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Construction Contracts Specialist to join our team in Preston. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality housing projects and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
About the Role:The Construction Contracts Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and implementing construction contracts, managing contract variations and claims, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field, proven experience in quantity surveying within the social housing sector, strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in construction software (e.g., Excel, CostX, Asite).
About the Salary:We offer a competitive salary of £62,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
