Plumbing and Heating Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Heating Project Manager to join our FM division at BJF GROUP LIMITED.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing tender packages for subcontractors, reviewing returned documents, and involvement in finalisation and adjudication of tenders including value engineering suggestions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to liaise with the Project Management team and possess knowledge and experience of pricing minor mechanical and electrical items within the tenders.
Key Responsibilities:- Producing tender packages for subcontractors and reviewing returned documents.
- Involvement in finalisation and adjudication of tenders including value engineering suggestions.
- Liaising with the Project Management team to review tender documents.
