Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager

As a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex infrastructure projects, driving technical initiatives, and ensuring infrastructure solutions meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee complex infrastructure projects and ensure alignment to business objectives and deadlines.
- Support major incident resolution and post-incident analysis.
- Provide efficient 3rd line support to internal and external customers.
- Maintain and monitor infrastructure platforms to meet SLAs and organisational requirements.
- Work with vendors and service providers to procure hardware and software.
- Maintain knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends, driving innovation within the business.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer/IT related discipline (desirable).
- Microsoft Certifications (MCSE) or MCP in relevant subject (desirable).
- AWS/Azure certifications (desirable).
- ITIL (desirable).
Experience:
- 1st/2nd/3rd line IT support.
- Enterprise infrastructure including clustered VMware servers and disaster recovery solutions.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Automated monitoring and centralised patching tools.
- Firewalls and network segregation.
- Proven track record in leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
- Incident ticketing systems and ticket management.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
