Project Development Specialist

As a Project Development Specialist at BAE Systems, you will be responsible for developing project controllers for complex national and international projects. This role offers the opportunity to work in varied areas of the business and gain an Honours Degree in Project Controls through a day release to a university centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support data development and analysis using project control tools and techniques.
* Produce and analyse data with accuracy, identifying trends and managing projects to time, cost, and quality.
* Collaborate with project managers on cost, planning, and scheduling, risk, opportunity, and resource management.
* Identify and manage risk and opportunities, learning from experience.
Education and Qualifications:
You must study for an Honours Degree in Project Control at Blackpool and the Fylde College one day a week during term time. To be eligible, you require 5 GCSE A*-C or 9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths & English. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
