Job Description

As an HR Graduate, you will undertake a series of placements within the function, gaining exposure to various roles and developing the commercial acumen, experience, and knowledge required to provide effective human resources support. You will also have the opportunity to work across different business functions, such as Commercial, Operations, or Project Management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting attraction and recruitment efforts
  • Encouraging probation review completion
  • Engaging with schools, colleges, and universities for apprentice and graduate attraction strategy
  • Assisting with exit interviews and collating feedback
  • Providing support for effective onboarding of new employees
  • Involvement in drafting contracts, offer letters, and variations to terms & conditions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant field
  • A keen interest in human resources management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel and relocate within the UK
Salary and Benefits

£25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of employee benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, health insurance, pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
