Help Desk Team Lead

ORCA IT LTD is seeking a Help Desk Team Lead to join its expanding IT MSP. The successful candidate will work from a modern, open-plan office and be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from monitoring and maintaining systems and networks to supporting updates and/or roll-outs for client applications.
The Help Desk Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving the customer experience and ensuring the delivery of great customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
- Leading a team of technical support specialists
- Monitoring and maintaining systems and networks
- Supporting updates and/or roll-outs for client applications (training of users as needed)
- Prioritising and managing multiple open tickets
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out tasks to completion within parameters and instructions given
- Proven experience in an IT Support Role and Team
- Experience of integrated ISO management systems
