Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead our Managed Service support desk. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing IT support teams, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 1st, 2nd & 3rd line engineers, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and overall performance.
- Collaborate with Sales & Project Delivery to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers, providing clear communication.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing IT support teams within a managed services environment.
- Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of ITIL principles and industry-standard technologies (Microsoft 365 or Azure).
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
